Council Chairman Proposes New Stadium Plan – The Post
Seemingly out of nowhere, an 11th hour plan comes forward to build a ballpark near RFK, something I alluded to in a previous post today. This creates two really big questions
- Can they still get funding passed by the end of the year with this plan in the mix?
- Will this still be okay with MLB? This better not blow the deal.
I think the original SE ballpark plan probably makes the most sense, but from what I have heard about this plan sounds okay too, provided it is still close to the Stadium-Armory Metro station.
