Team Wins One for NickThe Post
P Tony Armas Jr. got his first win in a month to take the Mets series, but that was secondary for the team reeling from the loss of Nick Johnson. In honor of the departed first baseman, who broke his femur in a collision with Austin Kearns, the team wore high socks. Johnson, still hosptialized and groggy from medication, appreciated the measure and the victory.
