It happened again, somebody got the Zimmerman(n)s confused again. This time DCist:

That’s Jordan Zimmermann, a young pitcher who has not signed a six-year $100 million extension recently. He is not to be confused with Ryan Zimmerman, the third baseman who just inked that contract.

DCist corrected the image minutes after I got the screengrab. The Post had a similar problem back in 2008 with John Lannan and Zimmerman.
