Yesterday, the database for this blog got corrupted. The hosting provider was able to get the database restored for the most part, but several posts from the last several days and a few hundred from summer 2004 were lost as were my drafts. A great post for tomorrow was blown away and I don’t know if I will be able to restore it, so a rewrite is probably necessary.

I will probably re-post the Sara Ganim Pulitzer entry, but otherwise, I think the over posts are goners.
