Football players might be charged tomorrowThe Collegian
We will know tomorrow if any Penn State football players are going to be charged with assault following an April 1 altercation at Meridian II.

The attorney, Steve Sloane, said authorities have identified six players who forced their way into a third-floor apartment at Meridian II, 646 E. College Ave. They will announce what charges, if any, will be filed at a press conference tomorrow morning, he said.

Additionally, Sloane said he intends to call several football players as witnesses at the preliminary hearing, in addition to any other students who may have been present.

“I expect to call 40 witnesses at that preliminary hearing, at least,” Sloane said.

It doesn’t sound good.
