Losing the lottery – The Collegian
On Tuesday, Intercollegiate Athletics announced that student football tickets would be determined via a lottery. That proved quite unpopular and only a day after the announcement the previous, first come, first served policy that has been used since Joe Paterno was a little boy was reinstated.
