But Ol’ Man Winter, he just keeps trollin’ along.

ALEXANDRIA, Va. — Technically, it is spring. It has been since 7:02 a.m. on March 20. Yet, in this strange winter, “conversational snow” keeps falling down around the Nation’s Capital. Schools are delayed, even inside the Beltway.

As shown above 2 1/4 inches were measured at 8:35 a.m. this morning in Alexandria’s West End. Snow this late in the air isn’t unheard of, but enough already! If there wasn’t enough snow to go skiing most of the winter, I don’t want it now.
