Princeton man Ross Ohlendorf‘s old school windup delivered six innings of one-run ball for the Washington Nationals last night. It was impressive enough to get the day-after embedded video from MLB. We may see more of him this season so we’ll see if that windup means that everybody runs on him.
Ian Desmond had 3 RBI. The Colorado Rockies could only plate one run and the Nats got a big win. The San Diego Padres helped out by sweeping the Atlanta Braves too, so the Nats are 6 games back. Thanks, Papas.
