Yesterday, my old former professor Russell Frank blogged about seeing a bear in search of food or perhaps employment, in his State College neighborhood, . Naturally I’m wondering how long until he and other residents march down to borough hall demanding Bear Patrol. Will Mayor Bill Welch then blame illegal immigrants for high taxes after complaints about the cost of Bear Patrol?

This would have been a lot funnier if it had happened in Hazleton.

Also, I wonder if Dr. Frank tried to buy a rock from his daughter.
