Belliard spoils Smoltz’s no-no – The Wash. Times

It was an ugly game last night. Ryan Zimmerman had three errors and four Ks against a dominant John Smoltz. At least Ross Detwiler threw a scoreless inning (The Post) in his MLB debut, despite a Zimmerman error. Also, the a Nats Dominican League team (they have two) won the summer league and Manny Acta isn’t crazy about Cristian Guzman returning this season, though Jim Bowden would like to see it happen.
