Hudson humbles Nationals again – The Wash. Times
Tim Hudson continued to dominate the Nationals, shutting them out to go 4-0 on the season vs. Washington. Shawn Hill gave up all three Braves runs over five innings and muttered to himself in the dugout afterwards.
Felipe Lopez met with manager Manny Acta for 45 minutes (The Post) and then spoke with reporters.
“I don’t care whatever the [expletive] nobody say,” he said. “But that’s not the way I am. It’s [expletive] frustrating, and it’s got the best of me sometimes, because I care so much about the way I perform. But I just got to [expletive] battle like I’ve been battling this whole season.”
Acta told Lopez it was only the last three weeks that were cause for dissapointment.
