Barricade Situation Ends Peacefully – WJLA
It turns out it was a guy with a gun that disrupted Van Dorn Street traffic yesterday evening:
Alexandria City Police report a barricade situation ended peacefully after the suspect surrendered without incident.
Police were called to the 700 block of North Van Dorn Street after a man armed with a gun reportedly entered a unit inside the Brookeville Apartment complex around 3:45 p.m. Monday.
