Blue White Roundtable: blah

Alex at The Nittany Notebook has this week’s questions.

1. After being embarrassed by Ohio State at home, where does Penn State’s program as a whole go from here?

The program goes on about its business, uninterested in changing anything. That isn’t what I want to happen, but it is what will happen. Oh and neither Daryl Clark or Pat Devlin will see many snaps at QB.

2. Following back to back poor performances, what do you see as Penn State’s biggest problem on defense?

It is hard to say whether the line or secondary is the biggest problem. Both have injuries, but I think the line is bigger problem. Having trouble stopping the run or apply pressure to the quarterback is harder to deal with than poor secondary play.

3. What happens against Purdue this Saturday?

A lethargic Nittany Lions offense goes three and out on its first possession. They rebound though and win. The offense wasn’t that bad last week and I expect it to perform well enough to win. I also expect the defense to bounce back and play up to its standards.

Lightning Round:

What bowl game does Penn State end up in?

Alamo

Who is going to be Penn State’s next verbal commitment?

Stefen Djordjevic. Really I don’t know, recruiting isn’t my thing.

Purdue score prediction.

Penn State 24 Purdue 20
