McLEAN, Va. — It is beautiful out there! Here in Tysons, the snow has been falling since about 10 o’clock. The grass is covered and the snow has been sticking to the Dulles Toll Road for some time now. Traffic is slower than the speed limit, but still moving. The ramp to I-495 Capital Beltway is starting to back up like it does around 3:30 p.m. The Dulles Access Road lanes are significantly covered, but traffic is moving along. Visibility is less than a mile, but improved from 30 minutes ago when it was less than half a mile.

I have my camera with me, but not my USB cable. 🙁

The precipitation is now snow and sleet.
