So far, Penn State has not taken its foot off of the accelerator, but I think this might be the week that they do a little bit. Temple is improving, but would still need a major miracle to beat Penn State. They won’t be held scoreless this year as they were in the two previous years. I expect Penn State won’t score as much, but will run the ball a lot more. Let’s say 38-16, Nittany Lions.
