Penn State sets three kickoff times – CDT
Kickoff times for the three non-conference games (all at home) have been announced.

Sept. 3 – SOUTH FLORIDA 3:30 ESPN2

Sept. 10 – CINCINNATI – 12:00 ESPNU/ESPN Plus

Sept. 17 – CENTRAL MICHIGAN – 1:30 Not televised/ESPN 360 Webcast

I do not understand why ESPN Plus won’t show the Central Michigan game, some Pennsylvania stations would certainly pick it up and people would get it on pay-per-view too. I like the 1:30 kickoff though.
