Last night’s game could not have started out better for the Nats with Brad Wilkerson hitting a leadoff homer. Then the bottom of the first happened, the Pirates got a couple of runs to take the lead. The Nats got the lead back in the third with another two runs, but so would Pittsburgh. The Pirates then kept scoring, finishing with 11 total runs. Ryan Drese had a rough night, allowing leadoff doubles seemingly every innning. All is not lost though, the Fleas lost too.
