LOOKING FOR STEELERS VS. REDSKINS PRESEASON TIX
A handful of friends and I are looking for tickets to the Redskins vs. Steelers preseason game on Aug. 26. We are checking out ebay and such, but I figured I would mention it in case anybody wants to offload some or has some contacts. Obviously, I have no interest in paying anything close to full price since it is preseason football in a souless stadium featuring teams I am not interested in. Let me know if you want to offload some for $20 a piece or so. Speaking of the Stillers…
HEY MYRON, shut up already! Cope apologizes for speech at Hall – Post-Gazette
Myron Cope went over the time limit by a mere 400% at his acceptance speech for the Pete Roselle Award this past weekend. He said he has gotten a big head (and not sloppy drunk) since he stepped down from broadcasting Stillers games. Apparently, his after dinner speeches go over better in Pittsburgh than Canton.
