Penn State, Alabama set for prime time showdown on ESPN – Penn State Nittany Lions Football Examiner
Another Penn State Nittany Lions kickoff has been announced — the second game of the 2010 season, at Alabama will by at 7 p.m. on ESPN. No shocker this is a primetime game, though I wondered if CBS would grab it for its afternoon slot. The Crimson Tide are the defending BCS champions. This series was originally scheduled for 2005, but Alabama asked for a delay.

Sept. 11 at Alabama – 7:00 p.m. ESPN
Sept. 18 vs. Kent State – 12:00 p.m. ESPN or ESPN2
Oct. 2 at Iowa – 8:00 p.m. ESPN, ESPN2 or ABC
Oct. 9 vs. Illinois – 12:00 p.m.
Oct. 30 vs. Michigan – 8:00 p.m. ESPN, ESPN2 or ABC
