Canadiens get Youppi! to be mascot – TSN.ca
Oui! The former Expos mascot is now on board(s) with the Canadiens, making him the first mascot to switch sports/leagues. not everyone is happy about it either (The Montreal Gazette).

I would not have minded him coming to D.C., but he had visa problems, so we got Screech instead. At least Montréal got something in the end.
