Shockingly, a Dibble quote doesn’t ruin a Strasburg article

How to Call What You Can’t See Wall Street Journal
For the first six paragraphs, this article on how difficult Stephen Strasburg has been on the umpires was really interesting. Rob Dibble, the meathead ex-pitcher who provides “analysis” of Washington Nationals games for MASN is quoted, but surprisingly, doesn’t ruin the article. Dibble and several others note that Strasburg’s pitching has so much movement it is difficult for an umpire to determine whether it is a strike or not. It is an interesting story and still would be without the quotes from Dibble.

There was another great feature in The Post on Strasburg this morning too.
