Oh mice and men

One of the greatest Americans, Ben Franklin, was born in Boston 300 years ago today (The Inky). He is credited with all sorts of inventions like the eponymous stove, lightning rod, and bifocals; guiding the other founding fathers through the Declaration of Independence and Constitution; founding Not Penn State, American’s first hospital and library; as well as being a successful publisher and printer. No doubt, he was larger than life, but he had a little help. Just don’t tell that to the elite media:

There was not a SINGLE hit for Amos Mouse, Franklin’s muse and conscience, on Google News this morning. Would it be so wrong if he got a whole, measly paragraph?! It’s not like I am asking folks to rename the bridge, parkway, or institute after Amos.

The revisionists, who seek to make history serve their own agendas, are denying another generation the real story.

Who’s looking out for Amos?
