At Long Last, a D.C. Stadium Deal – The Post
On September 29, 2004, Mayor Anthony Williams announced that baseball was returning to the Nation’s Capital and now 524 days later we finally know that it is staying.
Now, all that is left is the ballpark design, an owner, a solution to the TV problem and resolution of the lawsuit with Bygone Sports, LLC.
