Times<\/i><br \/>\n<br \/>No surprise here, the CATO institute is against a publicly funded ballpark, though they concede that &#8220;baseball brings numerous intangible and emotional benefits.&#8221; Hey, making the District a more enticing place to live and taking money from the suburbs sounds like something more than intangible to me. Ball-Wonk is also convinced that D.C.&#8217;s team will be the <strong>Grays<\/strong>, which is fine by me. The Times did a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/indexes\/2004\/03\/28\/nyregion\/thecity\/index.html\"><b>great section in March<\/b><\/a> about the system, which, is the best one I have ever used, and I doubt Chicago, Toronto, Philadelphia, and San Francisco can ever compare. D.C.&#8217;s Metro is the second best I have ever used.
