Stadium<\/b><\/a> &#8211; <i>The Post<\/i><br \/>The next mayor, <span style=\"font-weight:bold;\">Adrian Fenty<\/span>, has come up with a parking plan using input from CFO <span style=\"font-weight:bold;\">Natwar Ghandi<\/span> that puts garages on the other side of the stadium development. Good thinking it would seem, the devil will be in the details of course. The Lerner family has been receptive to it.<\/p>\n<p>Also, <i>The Wash. Times<\/i> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.washtimes.com\/sports\/20061018-010628-4107r.htm\"><span style=\"font-weight:bold;\">reports<\/span><\/a> that <span style=\"font-weight:bold;\">Mayor Anthony Williams<\/span> is proposing emergency legistlation that &#8220;would permit the city to sell revenue bonds to help pay for the construction of parking structures on the ballpark site, and would also allow the city to use money from the sale of development rights for the same purpose. The mayor&#8217;s bill also allows D.C.
