Maybe too fast since the numbers won&#8217;t be posted on the parkway just yet. Yesterday, on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pages\/William-World-News-William-F-Yuraskos-blog\/146881748699655\">WWN Facebook page<\/a>, one commenter wondered how long until her GPS would be updated with the new roads.<\/p>\n<p>I will keep my eye on Google Maps the new numbers on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.yurasko.net\/wfy\/tag\/fairfax-county-parkway\">Fairfax County Parkway<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.yurasko.net\/wfy\/tag\/franconia-springfield-parkway\">Franconia-Springfield Parkway<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>UPDATE:<\/strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.yurasko.net\/wfy\/2012\/03\/google-maps-removes-new-routes-289-and-294-from-northern-virginia-parkways.html\">The new route number has been removed by Google Maps as of March 3, 2012<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Thinking about it a little more, the entire Prince William Parkway ought to be Route 294 &#8212; the northern most portion near Manassas became a relocated Route 234 upon the PW Parkway&#8217;s completion.
