Five generations of my family have enjoyed ice cream from there and it is once again an annual pilgrimage<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This year, I noticed a new flavor, Cease &amp; Desist. It replaced a previous flavor with toffee chips in it. Springer&#8217;s got a letter from Hershey over the use of the flavor&#8217;s name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/wfyurasko\/7739378386\/\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/live.staticflickr.com\/8424\/7739378386_724ae975da_b.jpg?ssl=1\" alt=\"cease &amp; desist letter\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While Hershey certainly had a clear cut argument over &#8220;Almond Joy&#8221; the HEATH complaint seems a bit dubious since that was the candy in the ice cream. Still, Springer&#8217;s complied with the appropriate snark.
