Anybody who followed the career of former Rep. Bud Shuster<\/b> should see this as no surprise. The man was as crooked and self-serving as they come. There are people in the Skytop area who cannot use water from their wells now. I wish I could say it was unbelievable, but sadly, something like this could have been expected. I have little hope that there has been or will be any improvement with his son, Bill Shuster<\/b> in his former seat.<\/p>\n
