ALEXANDRIA, Va. \u2014<\/strong> Bicycling past the Alexandria Rail Yard, I noticed two Metro cars wrapped in yellow. All yellow. I had only seem them on social media previously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are they?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

It took only a little sleuthing to learn what they are the Money Train<\/strong><\/a> (PoPville). Nowadays they are cars 2016 and 2017.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I wonder why they aren’t green? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mass transit doesn’t seem to be a superspreader<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

There appears to be good news for transportation mobility:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In countries where the pandemic has ebbed, ridership has rebounded in far greater numbers than in New York City \u2014 yet there have been no notable superspreader events linked to mass transit, according to a survey of transportation agencies conducted by The New York Times.
