  • New York — capital of the world\n
  • Boston — nice in its own right, but not New York\n

    ACTUAL STADIUM LOCATION<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Giants — East Rutherford, N.J.\n
  • Patriots — Foxoboro\/Foxborough, Mass.\n

    Foxborough is probably a nicer place than Easter Rutherford, but I like Jersey more.<\/p>\n

    UNIFORMS<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Giants — throwbacks, stripes on the whites jerseys, black shoes, classic helmet logo\n
  • Patriots — modern with unnecessary accents; flying Elvis logo, white shoes\n

    Duh.<\/p>\n

    FIELD SURFACE<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Giants — rug\n
  • Patriots — rug\n

    They both lose.<\/p>\n

    STADIUM<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Giants — Bland, boring stadium with excellent sightlines from every seat. Jimmy Hoffa may buried in one of the end zones there.\n
  • Patriots — Unique features\n

    It would be a slam-dunk for the Patriots if they hadn’t turned into a bunch of babies and torn up the grass.<\/p>\n

    FAMOUS FAN<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Giants — Carl Brutananadilewski\n
  • Patriots — Bill Simmons\n

    Not even close — Carl!\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

    The Giants win on almost all of the above points which will probably be the only winning they do today. Not surprisingly, I’m pulling for the G-men, a triumph of Jersey provincialism. I would really like to see them win and restore balance to the Force in the New York vs. Boston rivalry, but I don’t expect it. I anticipate the Patriots winning big and running up the score.<\/p>\n
