City construction permits were delayed, and in August the project was two months behind schedule, said Mamoud Hosseini, president of Clark Civil, a division of Clark Construction. Clark Civil is renovating the station while another division works on the building overhead and another builds the ballpark.<\/p>\n<p>Now, Hosseini said, the station renovation is back on schedule, with all of the inside work to be finished by the end of this month.
