I remember hearing that Wawa was going to charging into this market two years ago, but the nearest Wawa to me is Woodbridge, not exactly close. In fact on our drive down to the Carolinas, we passed at least four on the I-95 corridor. There is at least one in Virginia Beach too.<\/p>\n<p>Generally, I&#8217;m indifferent about convenience stores, but Wawa makes a pretty good sub. Between them, Sheetz and PotBelly, I&#8217;ve grown to accustomed to having a sammich with good meat, so I don&#8217;t visit Subway anymore. It would be really helpful to have Wawa in Tysons, but I fear they are going the Sheetz route and only opening up in the outlying areas where land is cheaper.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/website_3c1e0e40\/graphics\/technorati.gif\" border=\"0\">  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.technorati.com\/tag\/Wawa\" rel=\"tag\">Wawa<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.technorati.com\/tag\/conveniencestores\" rel=\"tag\">convenience stores<\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"blogger-post-footer\">&copy;MMX William F.
