The last two years, I&#8217;ve &#8220;gone to the gym&#8221; at <a href=\"http:\/\/moransdockside.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Moran&#8217;s Dockside<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Located at 14th Street and 3rd Avenue, Moran&#8217;s primary business is hoagies. They are also adjacent to the Avalon Sport Fishing Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rentals are $25. Paddlers can navigate a square course in Pennsylvania and Cornell harbors past many boats with names like <em>Reel Fun<\/em> and <em>Cooler by a Knot<\/em>. I&#8217;m not sure what the outer waterway is called &#8212; it&#8217;s not listed well on maps. Ingram Thorofare?
