The Dodgers were being managed by Tommy Lasorda<\/span>, who weighs about 300 lbs now, because Joe Torre has half the team headed to China for some exhibition games. It is also the last spring of Dodgertown, the venerable spring training facility that they built 60 years ago. It will probably be desecrated by becoming the spring training home of the Orioles next. The Dodgers are moving their facility to Glendale, Ariz., only four hours from Los Angeles. Lasorda will be moving to down I-95 to Pompano Beach, where there are appropriate facilities<\/a> for him.<\/p>\n
