Metropolitan Area LEGO\u00ae Train Club<\/strong><\/a>, <strong>Constantine Hannaher<\/strong> recreated the 3500 block of King Street (Route 7). Included in this display were the Sunoco station, 7-Eleven, Floyd&#8217;s barber shop Safeway, Truist Bank and McDonald&#8217;s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/53101229545_515cdd6a69_b.jpg?ssl=1\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">3500 block of King Street, Alexandria, Va. in Lego. There is even a police presence<strong><sup data-fn=\"d784a8b8-bd02-43ab-9097-19ca3058480c\" class=\"fn\"><a href=\"\/website_3c1e0e40\/#d784a8b8-bd02-43ab-9097-19ca3058480c\" id=\"d784a8b8-bd02-43ab-9097-19ca3058480c-link\">1<\/a><\/sup><\/strong> at the McDonald&#8217;s and DASH buses along the route. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/53100816216_c5e618dc92_b.jpg?ssl=1\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">A traffic circle and multi-unit housing?! Bring Back Integrity to Alexandria and The Coalition for a Livable Alexandria are so getting triggered<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the north side though, it strays from reality &#8211; a railroad goes right through the Fairlington Village area. Wish-casting? Equally farfetched&nbsp;is a VA 7 shield. Alexandria (and many cities and towns) aren&#8217;t great about posting highway markers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/53101008024_bcf851fed9_b.jpg?ssl=1\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It&#8217;s kind of fun to see your community rendered in Lego. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Some Old Town too<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/53100253787_5cfc26edac_b.jpg?ssl=1\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">O&#8217;connell&#8217;s and The Creamery &#8211; which usually has a shorter line than Pop&#8217;s<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Just across Four Mile Run<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/53101229585_068bd5fe9d_b.jpg?ssl=1\" alt=\"\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.3333333333333333;width:760px;height:auto\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Weenie Beenie!
