Shawn Hill In Woodbridge<\/b><\/a> – Nats320<\/i>
With the Nats having a much needed night off, attention was focused on the P-Nats because righty Shawn Hill<\/span> was pitching a rehab start there. He pitched five innings and did not allow a run. He had four strikeouts and one walk. Hill’s pitch velocity was just about normal too. His arm was still attached to his body at the end of the session too. Let’s find out how his arm feels today before pronouncing him ready to rejoin the Washington rotation.<\/p>\n

C Johnny Estrada<\/span> is off the DL too, so there are three catchers on the MLB roster now. We call this the “George McPhee Backstop System.”<\/p>\n
