Folks in Big11Ten Country get it as part of basic cable, while those of us out of it (which includes Philadelphia, apparently) will have to get it on a sports tier.<\/p>\n<p>I will probably splurge and get the sports tier, since it is cheaper than going to a bar to watch the game.
