Penn State says it does not have to divulge those numbers because it is not a state institution, merely a state-related one. While I am a proponent of Sunshine Laws, I do not care how much JoePa makes and do not see. For one thing, his salary is paid for by Intercollegiate Athletics, which is 100% self-sustaining, so he is not taking any state money in salary. There are bigger fish to fry and the <i>Patriot<\/i> should spend its resources going after those instead of JoePa.<\/p>\n<div class=\"blogger-post-footer\">&copy;MMX William F.
