This was discovered by blogs and message boards earlier this week. Before we get too excited, keep in mind that there have already been five feasibility studies about building an ice arena. The current study looks at building a 6,000 seat arena. I would not count on anything in the near term with the economy the way it is though there are donors lined up.<\/p>\n<p>Are we closer to D-I hockey at Penn State?
