This week’s questions are from Galen of The Nittany Line<\/a><\/b>.<\/p>\n

Temple lost over half of their offensive line and their starting QB from a team that didn\u2019t have much of an offense anyway (107th in total offense in the country) do they have a realistic shot at moving the ball against Penn State\u2019s defense?<\/b><\/p>\n

The only way Temple can move the ball is if Penn State’s defense is unmotivated and disinterested. I suppose there is a slight chance that they can throw the ball 15 yards downfield, but how often are they going to have enough time<\/p>\n

Homework time! You\u2019ll have to dig deep and be creative for this one: name something about this Temple team that scares you (ok scare may be a bit much\u2026 how about gives you pause).<\/b><\/p>\n

I am scared that Al Golden, the Owls current head coach, will somehow convince Intercollegiate Athletics that he should be the next Penn State coach. The last time Temple had a scary player was when Paul Palmer was there. Oh the possible scary things, hurting an important player is one of them. Otherwise, let’s be realistic. It isn’t 1998, Viriginia Tech or homecoming, so I don’t see Temple getting the upset.<\/p>\n

Temple lost to Villanova in week one on the last play of the game. If you\u2019ll remember that also happened to Temple twice last season: bad luck or bad coaching?<\/b>
At this point, you have to wonder if bad coaching comes into play. I haven’t followed Temple’s loses, but apparently they are of the Buffalo Bills on Monday night variety. A good coach probably doesn’t lose several last second heartbreakers in a short period of time.<\/p>\n
