He was charged with rape in 2007, but the charges were dropped before the trial. Scott claims that this hurt his chance to make the NFL.<\/p>\n<p>While just the allocations of rape can damage a man&#8217;s reputation for life, I ultimately believe the real reason he did not have much of a chance of making the NFL was because <span style=\"font-weight:bold;\">he had a terrible college career<\/span>. Scott broke <span style=\"font-weight:bold;\">Tony Dorsett<\/span>&#8216;s Pennsylvania high school rushing record, but could never get with the program at Penn State. We got to watch <span style=\"font-weight:bold;\">Tony Hunt<\/span> instead and that was fine with me.<\/p>\n<div class=\"blogger-post-footer\">&copy;MMX William F.
