Times<\/i><br \/>As part of the agreement that Ted Leonsis made to buy the Capitals and 44% of Washington Sports and Entertainment (Wizards and Verizon Center) from Abe Pollin, Leonsis has the right of first refusal to buy the those assets. Let&#8217;s hope that he can and does. Leonsis is the best sports owner in Washington if not the country.
