So, how was your All Star Break? Hopefully the Nats have used it to get healthy and individually purge the losing from their systems. <\/p>\n

While I was away from posting the Nats stuff for a few days, the battle between Comcast and Peter Angelo$<\/b> heated up, but I am not going to bother linking to any articles about it because it is all more of the same that you probably read on another Nationals blog anyway. I will post my remedy for the situation posted over the weekend. <\/p>\n

One column I cannot ignore is Thom Loverro’s<\/b> column about Baltimore attendance<\/b><\/a> (The Wash. Times<\/i>) though. To paraphrase, he tells Angelo$ and The Sun<\/i> to spend less time whining and more time marketing.<\/p>\n

By the way, the last time I went to a game, July 5, I noticed a gigantic D.C. license plate that said GO NATS! Since it is up there to remind people about the lack of voting rights for the District, I find it odd that DCist<\/b><\/a> has not done about post about it since it is a cause c\u00e9l\u00e8bre for them.<\/p>\n

Other things of note: In his e-mail column (sorry, no link) Thomas Boswell<\/b> compared the ’05 Nats to the ’53 Braves. That is great in all except for the fact the Braves moved 12 years later. Another Boswell column, Nats Get All-Star Salute<\/b><\/a> reveals that the club is getting respect from around MLB.<\/p>\n
