I&#8217;m not sure about this since Heinz ketchup is just about perfect as is though I&#8217;m told the &#8220;organic&#8221; (sweetened with sugar, not corn syrup) is even better. I&#8217;m almost afraid to try that because if it is appreciably better, it will ruin regular Heinz ketchup for me which would be a problem when dining out.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m guessing 5% less salt would not be a big deal, but 15% less sodium is statistically significant, so the flavor will probably be different.
