Also, we learn from <b>Charlie Brotman<\/b>, the former Senators announcer, how they settled on Senators in the &#8217;50s. He is pro-Senators and disappointed that Hizzoner is pro-Grays. I would be happy with either one, though I am agree with Brotman, I cannot deny that Chris presents a compelling case.<\/p>\n<hr width=\"150\" size=\"1\" align=\"center\" noshade>\n<h2>MINNESOTA 16 PENN STATE 7<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.centredaily.com\/mld\/centredaily\/9822750.htm\"><b>Metro-doom<\/b><\/a> &#8211; <i>CDT<\/i><br \/>\n<br \/><strong>Golden Gophers run past punchless Nittany Lions<\/strong><br \/>\n<br \/>It was a lot closer than almost everybody expected. Hardly a bloodbath, it was just some pretty ugly football. The defense kept the Lions in it, playing valiantly, but the offense could not score, though they did have sustained drives to a point, which helped the defense.
