Is it me, or are all the sites vying for the Expos putting on this convenient happy face? Norfolk continually claims that it has a better market for the Expos, and now Vegas joins the ranks. One Vegas proponent claims that the focus on DC/NoVa “does not spell doom for Vegas”. Maybe, maybe not. But Major League Baseball and gambling haven’t exactly met eye to eye in the past.

I related very well to Joe’s one comment, that “the offense is much more established than it was a year ago.” Maybe I’m biased, but I’d like to attribute that to Galen Hall, who has stepped in to replace old favorite Fran Ganter.
