Details on how ballpark proponents are trying to win council members over on the ballpark plan. Our hero, Jack Evans (Ward 2) says “if everyone knew all the facts, they wouldn’t be against this.” If that is so, get the facts out Jack! I want the whole council saying, “and that’s a fact, Jack,” when you are done.
Tom Knott – Follow suburban dollar, not ballpark bawler – The Wash. Times
Another argument for the ballpark from columnist Tom Knott, this time in the metropolitan section. “The ballpark is the dollar-seeking carrot dangling in front of the suburbanites. Otherwise, the suburban dollar just could wind up going to a TGIF in a strip mall beyond the Beltway.”
On another note, the quote from a “new Black Panther” may get Knott in trouble, since he does not do much to identify which new Black Panther said it. I doubt Knott cares though. He should have provided the source.

Zack Mills (8 INTS) vs. Kyle Orton (0 INTS). It looks quite lopsided, but I think Orton will be picked at least once.
