Woo hoo! Now we can back to worrying about Jim Bowden screwing up, rather than the D.C. council. We can buy lots of Nats merchandise without fear of it being obslete in a few days. Oh and I recommend that we buy that Nats merchandise in the District. While we have had our differences with the city, they have now made our dream come true and we should reward them by spending money there — they are building the thing after all.
