Game times have been added to the Nats schedule and upon inspection we learn that the first home game will have a 7:05 p.m. start. This is just silly, a home opener, especially a presidential opener should start in the daytime. Hopefully, they will see the folly of their ways and move it to noon. In the end though, they could have it at 4 a.m. and people would be begging to get in and the TV ratings would be excellent.
Also, yesterday, the spring training schedule was released, so I guess now you know how to plan your 1 1/2 month Florida vacation. Also, it would be much cooler if they had spring training at Space Ghost Stadium rather than Space Coast Stadium. Think about it, at the very least you could have the Zorak Parking Lot, Moltar’s Grill, Brak’s Hot Tub and the Kid Comet playground. Lokar would have to work the p.a.

Only the stats from Les Expos will come with the Nats to D.C. None of the other history, like retried numbers and artifacts, will make it. Naturally, there will be references to previous D.C. teams, but how is not yet determined. Also, Youppi will be staying in Quebec and is not expected to be out of work for long.
