The season preview comes out today. The lead article begs the question What Does It Take to Make Two Teams Hate Each Other? Well, I may be going out on a limb here but perhaps when one team unilaterally holds up the TV deal for the other and makes unreasonable demands all along the way, there might be a little room for some animosity. I might even root for Boston vs. Baltimore this year.

According to sources other than Jim Williams the deal in the making has Channel 5 getting a whole load of Nats games. We shall see.

More on the proposed deal, it looks like Peter Angelo$ will make out pretty well. Boo!

CF Endy Chavez has been sent down to AAA New Orleans. There has been joy in the blogging world that the experiment to make Inning-Endy a leadoff hitter has ended — for now. Ryan Church is now the prospective #1 batter.
